Asian Spa Guide

Asian Spa Guide
Hello everyone! I'm so sorry I haven't been posting. It was my boyfriends 21st birthday this week. Anyways! This guide is going to be about Asian Spas because I recently took my friend to one (iSpa in Irvine) and she had many questions about it. So I thought I would share with everyone! I hope this helps someone out there :)

A little bit about iSpa:
Many Asian spas are about $15 for entry but this one is $25 and it's definitely worth every single penny. iSpa has a place for men and women separately and there is also a place where men and women can hang out and relax together. They even have a small cafe where they have Korean food and, my absolute favorite, shaved ice!

On to the guide!(Tips):
-Be prepared to be naked and see naked people. However, you can bring a swim suit if you are that uncomfortable! You shouldn't feel uncomfortable, you are all beautiful and awesome! They also give you a cute shirts and pants for when you go to the co-ed room.

-I like to bring hair masks, facial masks and anything else I want to pamper myself with. (I do it in the showering stations)

-There is unlimited towels so don't worry if you lost yours.

- Bring some extra cash for food and you might just want to try the massages and scrubs.

-Try going in all the rooms. There's about 7 different rooms and each one is different but honestly they are all the same to me. It's basically which one do you want to nap in. Haha. EXCEPT, the ice room...

Where to start:
This is one of the first questions my friend asked me. Where the heck do I start?! Number one rule is to shower before doing ANYTHING. They'll have shower stations usually near the entrance of the spa room where you can wash your body and hair.

To start off, I like to jump into the Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is really good for body aches and stress relief.  Here is a picture of the spa room. 2 jacuzzi, many showering stations and one cold mini pool.

After, I like to go to the steam rooms and do butt and leg exercises. I guess you can say steam rooms are really good for a mini pilates session.

Usually, I buy a scrub and massage package which is $70 which includes entry! You don't have to but I highly recommend it.

After all the pampering, I really love going to the co-ed room. Number one.. It's beautiful.
They have benches, couches and pillows so it's the perfect place to nap. You can eat at the cafe there. Also last time I went, I went with a few people and we brought Uno card game to play in the cafe. It was so much fun! You can bring whatever you want. I even brought my nintendo 3DS once :D

I swear, when I leave, I always feel like a feather. I feel so great and I think that every girl should do this once in their life. It's always good to relief some stress and pampering yourself! Show your self some love and go to the spa. Don't be scared because you get naked! Everyone is there to relax and no one is judging you. I promise! I hope this guide helped. Thank you guys for reading it. :)
