Moira

What if Symmetra and Zenyatta had a baby?

I know what you are thinking, first of all, that's weird because Zenyatta is a robot. Secondly, there are some similarities among these heroes. However, I assure you Moira is what they call a game changer. This new Overwatch Hero does it all.

FADE

She is truly a perfect combination of healing and damage dealing and all the while she can slip out of trouble with her fade. As a support main, I understand the struggle of running away from flankers or struggling to stay alive. That is why I appreciate blizzard for coming out with a healer is able to handle flankers while healing her team. Moira fade allows her to escape any situation she is in. By giving her mobility, she can sustain longer than most healers which means you don't have to be confused on where your healing is!

Biotic Grasp

Her biotic grasp (Main healing, right click) allows her to spray multiple team mates that are in need of healing. Although, there is a only a certain amount of biotic energy you may use; it still proves to be helpful. Her biotic grasp (Main damage, left click) is a long range beam. It is similar to Symmetra's right click. The damage you deal to enemy champions not only heals you but also replenishes your biotic energy. This can be especially helpful when facing flankers. You can actually fight flankers by yourself without running and screaming for your life to your team mates. So you can be healing all day everyday while doing damage.

Biotic Orb

On top of all the damage she already does, she has a boitic orb that allows her to send a bouncing sphere. It is ultimately comparable to old school ping pong. You can either choose between a healing orb or a damaging orb that affects multiple players. This ability gives her extra damage or healing depending on what her team mates need which can undoubtedly change the the team fight.

COALESCENCE

Last but not least, Moira's ultimate is a long range beam that either heals your team mates or damages your enemy. This can be helpful when your team mates are being rained on by Pharah ultimate which then allows Moira to either heal team mates or kill that annoying Pharah. This is what I generally enjoyed about  Moira. She isn't a helpless healer. She can definitely handle herself in a variety of situations.

Overall, she is as Jeff said at Blizzcon."OP AF." She is going to be the champion that people are going to be complaining about. I highly suggest you play her in quick play to get used to her abilities for competitive.
Yes, this means you don't have to play Mercy all the time anymore! Moira will be offically available to play in competitive November 23rd, 2017. Good luck and have fun Overwatch players!

How to stream on Twitch (Basic Tutorial)

Hello all, Cat here! Happy Friday! Before we start, I'd like to put out there that I am not a huge or professional twitch streamer. I hope to work hard to continue to grow my twitch channel. I simply wanted to share my journey so far and how easy it is for anyone to get started. If you always wanted to stream, I believe in you and you should too!

THE MOST IMPORTANT:
The most important thing you need is a talkative and positive attitude while streaming. People are coming to watch you out of the hundreds that are streaming. Just by simply talking to chat or talking in general about the game you are playing can attract that one viewer that stopped by your channel for a second. One viewer can lead to 100 viewers! So do your best to keep a positive attitude and don't let anyone bring you down. Keep streaming, keep playing and keep talking.

YOUR SET UP:
Now that we have our attitudes in the right path, we can get started on the technicalities. Starting out can hurt your wallet and that can be discouraging but I've seen people with high quality set ups and still have trouble getting viewers. So what I'm saying is you don't need a bunch of fancy equipment to get started.

So here are the things you need to have a basic stream:
1. A decent computer
2. Mic/headset
3. Webcam
4. OBS (a program that allows you to broadcast from your computer screen)

Here is my set up:
1. Nvidia Geforce gtx 770
2. Intel Core i7 - 3770k CPU
3. Corsair VOID gaming headset
4. Blue Yeti Mic
5. Logitech webcam

For OBS basic settings:
Depending on your computer, your settings may be different but this is what my set up looks like.
- 3500 Bitrate video (Depending on your computer, it may range from 2500-4000)
- Recording quality is set to indistinguishable quality
- Mp4 for recording format
- 60 fps values
Since this is a basic set up, everything else can be set to default. You don't want to mess with your settings to much unless you know what you're actually doing.

Having a better quality set up may improve your stream but doesn't guarantee more viewers. That depends on you and if viewers enjoy watching your stream or not. I can go on and on about what you need but all you need to do is begin your streaming journey and learn as you go! I'm still learning so I'm right there with you. I hope this helped! Good luck! Happy streaming mates.

Escape Artist Lucio : Tips and Tricks on Wall Grinding Part 1

Lucio is a very mobile healer aka escape artrist. Grinding on walls continuously throughout the game gives you a better chance of survival. This is especially beneficial when you hear that genji screaming, "Ryujin no ken wo Kurae!!!"

Wall Grind

Senpai Cathewin, how do you grind on walls? Don't worry! I am here to explain!~ In order to grind on a wall, all you have to do is press the jump key toward a wall and hold on to the jump key to continue grinding. What you want to do before doing any other steps is to practice basic wall grinding. Try practicing with bots if you don't feel comfortable practicing normal gameplay. Once you feel that you got it down then begin to try to shoot people while grinding. Sounds easier said than done. Don't fret, you will be able to complete the almost impossible Lucio achievement with practice and help from your team mates!

Tips:
  1. Jump wall to higher ground by simply pressing the jump key toward a different wall.
  2. Grinding continuously although fun. can be at times useless if you are not shooting. Remember to always be shooting while grinding!
  3. You cannot wall grind on the same wall twice.
  4. Try to spam jump key if you hit a obstacle while grinding on rough terrain.
  5. Try to map out where you are going to wall grind to get into good positioning.
  6. Turn on backwards wall grind by going in settings.
  7. Speed boost gives more momentum and allows you to jump further when wall grinding.
  8. If you are having trouble wall grinding, it is best to keep it on heal boost. This will allow you to have a easier time learning how to wall grind with a steady speed.

That will be all for part 1. I will be doing a part 2 next week! I hope you enjoy my tips and tricks for Lucio!

Pokemon X and Y tips

Pokemon X and Y tips
I recently got Pokemon X as a gift from my boyfriend ( 。◕‿◕。) . And he got Pokemon Y for himself. So I wanted to share with you all the tips and facts I've discovered. Some facts and tips are basic but some people had asked me these questions before so I thought I would just put it up here and end the confusion! Thank you for your time!

1. Best HM slave
HM's are abilities such as fly, surf, strength, etc. Those abilities you need to get items or special things or just to simply get to other places. All you have to do is catch a bidoof. He is able to learn everything except fly until he evolves. A bidoof is just nice to have so you don't have trouble finding certain Pokemon you don't want in your party just for HMs.

2. What is Amie?
Amie lets you interact with your pokemon to build friendship and affection! Basically if you max our their affection, you get bonus effects during battle.
  • It lands critical hits more often.
  • They can heal themselves from paralysis, sleep, confusion, burn, and poison.
  • Level Faster

So it's not definitely not a waste of time! All you have to do is feed them, play a mini game with them, go back to feeding and petting and then play a mini game and then go back to feeding and petting. It doesn't take long to max it all out.

2. How to make easy money
There is a place on route 7 called Battle Chateau. Give the first pokemon in your party a Lucky incense(Doubles money reward after every battle) and battle everyone inside. Every person only has one pokemon and most of the time I one shot them. It's very fast and easy! They also respawn every 30 minutes. You can get the Lucky incense from the guy at the stand in Courmarine City.

3. Yay for clothes!
Every boutique has different items every day! So be sure to check it out. Also if you are wondering how to enter the boutique in Lumoise city and how to get style. There are a lot of ways to get Style but easiest and fastest way is to work for the hotel or go to the battle institute. When you get more style, you are able to unlock more hair styles from Coiffure Clips. You can earn discounts for stores and many other things! And to get into the Boutique just fight a few times in the battle institute and work for the hotel and I'm sure you will be able to enter :)

4. Eevee
I'm sure many of you know that Eevee is able to evolve to different types of pokemon such as Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon and so forth. I will be talking about the newest addition! Sylveon! She is a fairy type pokemon. It's very simple on how to evolve her. First, catch a wild Eevee which you can find on route 10. Then, you max out everything on amie. If you don't have a fairy type move then when your Eevee levels to 29 she will want to learn a fairy type move. Right after she learns it, and you maxed out everything on Amie, she will immediately evolve to Sylveon! I love her! Right now, I'm trying to evolve my Eevees to Umbreon and Espeon. If you guys want, I can write about how to evolve those as well next post :)

Anyways! Thank you guys for reading. There is a lot of information that I didn't put. THERE IS JUST TOO MUCH INFORMATION! So I cut a lot out! Sorry! But I will probably be posting more tips! Have a nice day!

Daiso Haul!!!

Daiso Haul
Hi everyone! So basically I went into this wonderful place that sells cute Japanese stuff for $1.50! Except a few things but the highest price I've seen was $5.

1.Face Washing Brush
I've been looking for this everywhere. I've opened the package and used it already and it felt so good. It just feels like little minions cleaning your face. I feel like it takes off a lot of excess dirt and dead skin cells too. It was definitely worth $1.50. AND IT'S PINK.

2.Cotton Pad Dispenser
I found this little treasure and I am so grateful for it. I used this with my bioderma which helps get rid of my make up. The pads are a lot easier than trying to scrub my face off with tissues.  You grab it from the bottom and you can take off the lid to refill it again. It came with cotton pads and it does the job!

3. Cute bunny cup

It doesn't feel cheap what so ever. This is perfect for my tea, hot cocoa or anything else. I can't get over how adorable it is!

3. Cute Cat Cup
Okay... I got another one. I couldn't help it! :c

4. Bobby pins case

Every girl has trouble with keeping their bobby pins and I found a cute little case for it! It has a mirror and it came with bobby pins as well. I'm really glad it did because I lost all mine and I had one left. It's really small so its great for traveling and on the go. I can already tell that this will help me a bunch.

 5. Fuzzy Socks!
These beauties were my favorite thing that I got there. As you can see, I wore the pink one already and it kept me so warm. It feels incredibly soft and I love walking around my house with them. This was a great buy for only $1.50.

Thank you guys for reading! I hope you guys have a wonderful night.

Asian Spa Guide

Asian Spa Guide
Hello everyone! I'm so sorry I haven't been posting. It was my boyfriends 21st birthday this week. Anyways! This guide is going to be about Asian Spas because I recently took my friend to one (iSpa in Irvine) and she had many questions about it. So I thought I would share with everyone! I hope this helps someone out there :)

A little bit about iSpa:
Many Asian spas are about $15 for entry but this one is $25 and it's definitely worth every single penny. iSpa has a place for men and women separately and there is also a place where men and women can hang out and relax together. They even have a small cafe where they have Korean food and, my absolute favorite, shaved ice!

On to the guide!(Tips):
-Be prepared to be naked and see naked people. However, you can bring a swim suit if you are that uncomfortable! You shouldn't feel uncomfortable, you are all beautiful and awesome! They also give you a cute shirts and pants for when you go to the co-ed room.

-I like to bring hair masks, facial masks and anything else I want to pamper myself with. (I do it in the showering stations)

-There is unlimited towels so don't worry if you lost yours.

- Bring some extra cash for food and you might just want to try the massages and scrubs.

-Try going in all the rooms. There's about 7 different rooms and each one is different but honestly they are all the same to me. It's basically which one do you want to nap in. Haha. EXCEPT, the ice room...

Where to start:
This is one of the first questions my friend asked me. Where the heck do I start?! Number one rule is to shower before doing ANYTHING. They'll have shower stations usually near the entrance of the spa room where you can wash your body and hair.

To start off, I like to jump into the Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is really good for body aches and stress relief.  Here is a picture of the spa room. 2 jacuzzi, many showering stations and one cold mini pool.

After, I like to go to the steam rooms and do butt and leg exercises. I guess you can say steam rooms are really good for a mini pilates session.

Usually, I buy a scrub and massage package which is $70 which includes entry! You don't have to but I highly recommend it.

After all the pampering, I really love going to the co-ed room. Number one.. It's beautiful.
They have benches, couches and pillows so it's the perfect place to nap. You can eat at the cafe there. Also last time I went, I went with a few people and we brought Uno card game to play in the cafe. It was so much fun! You can bring whatever you want. I even brought my nintendo 3DS once :D

I swear, when I leave, I always feel like a feather. I feel so great and I think that every girl should do this once in their life. It's always good to relief some stress and pampering yourself! Show your self some love and go to the spa. Don't be scared because you get naked! Everyone is there to relax and no one is judging you. I promise! I hope this guide helped. Thank you guys for reading it. :)
